Hi, I’m Jessica Wood (Jess), and I’m the Chief Operating Officer at Flourish Integrative Health. I started with Flourish in March 2023 and feel so grateful to be part of a place that allows me to truly be myself — a problem solver, a mentor, and a leader. I was born in Louisville, Kentucky,but have spent almost my entire life here in Knox County. I have two amazing kids, Emma and Soren, and a sweet dog named Winston. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, hiking, traveling, and cooking and baking, which are some of my biggest passions. One of the things I value most about my role at Flourish is the opportunity to guide and mentor our team. Helping others grow while building a positive, supportive environment is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I’m excited to continue growing with Flourish and making a difference in the lives of our patients and staff.
